1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OrderCraft services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Authorized Use

  • Services may only be used by registered restaurants that provide legitimate restaurant services.
  • Modification, copying, distribution, or alteration of the software or any content is prohibited.
  • Support requests must be submitted exclusively through official channels.

3. User Responsibility

  • Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, including pricing and offered products.
  • Reports provided by OrderCraft are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or fiscal guarantees.
  • Compliance with tax and accounting obligations is the exclusive responsibility of the restaurant.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and content belong to DataCraft Coders.
  • Reproduction, modification, or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • OrderCraft is not responsible for any losses, damages, errors, service interruptions, fiscal issues, or audits arising from platform use.
  • Continuous availability of the system and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

  • The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at any time without refund, due to misuse or complaints from dissatisfied customers.
  • Suspension or termination decisions are final and do not require further justification.

7. Payments and Billing

  • All payments are processed via PayPal.
  • Plan changes and cancellations are governed by the subscription policy specified on the platform.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala.

9. Changes to the Terms

OrderCraft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon posting on the platform.
